Drive the future of Fiberline technology as our next Lead Process Engineer
Join us and take on a role where you shape high impact process solutions for customers around the world. In this position, you step into a global environment where you work hands-on with continuous cooking technology and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of complete fiberline processes.

Your responsibilities
You lead and perform process dimensioning work in global delivery projects and contribute your expertise to several projects in parallel.
You collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure successful project execution throughout 1–2 year project cycles.
You engage with customers through digital and onsite meetings, ensuring strong communication and clear technical dialogue.
You participate in mill tuning and actively support process improvements across our technologies.
You provide technical support in sales projects and contribute to continuous development of our process solutions.

Expectations for you
You have a Master’s degree in chemical engineering, energy engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable technical background, or equivalent knowledge gained through extensive industry experience.
You bring experience from the pulp and paper industry and understand the dynamics of cooking.
You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and customers.
You are willing to travel as part of your work with global customers.

Your responsibilities
As a Design / Chief Engineer, you'll work on engineering tasks related to tissue machine modernizations, improvements, and equipment deliveries. Your role will include layout planning, 3D modelling, coordination with subcontractors, and depending on the project, also practical mechanical design engineering work.

Main Responsibilities
Build strong, long?term customer relationships and represent the VPC portfolio in customer interactions.

Coordinate digital services such as remote monitoring, expert support, and performance optimization.

Qualifications
BSc or MSc in a relevant field (papermaking, process engineering, automation, data science, or similar).
Several years of experience in the tissue/paper industry, process optimization, service delivery, or data?driven digital services.
Strong customer?facing experience with proven skills in communication, presentation, and relationship management.
Solid project?management capabilities and the ability to coordinate multi?stakeholder activities.
Analytical and problem?solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
Experience with remote support models, digital tools, or Industrial Internet solutions is an advantage.
Fluency in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus.

Kvalifikationer

Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska, ytterligare språk är ett plus.

Vem är du?

Nu söker vi Montageledare för området rör. Som montageledare arbetsleder du rörmontörer och underleverantörer i vår montagehall i Karlstad. Du arbetar också administrativt med bland annat fakturahantering, materialhantering och tidsredovisning i våra affärssystem. Du kommer även delta i projekt gentemot andra avdelningar.

Who is the candidate we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a background as a mechanic who doesn’t hesitate to do hands-on work, has good communication skills and feels confident to take lead in projects.
You need to have experience and a genuine interest in technology, as well as a strong desire to develop. Since service work is carried out at our customers’ paper mills all over the world, but mostly in Scandinavia, travel is a natural part of the role. Previous experience in the paper industry is an advantage.
Requirements:
Mechanic experience and/or machine services experience.
Good speaking and writing skills in both English and Swedish.
Being able to write clear and coherent reports.
Ability to use different computer programs without difficulty
Category B driving license.
Willingness and availability to travel.
Available to work from the office in Karlstad when not traveling.

We are looking for a positive-minded Business Controller to join our Tissue BA finance team in Karlstad. You will have an overall responsibility for controlling and financial support and being a finance business partner for Tissue Machines leadership team. Your role will encompass both supporting and challenging the management and project teams in complex international environment. As a Business Controller you will of course ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the financial data and reports, but your real added value comes from transforming the numbers into justified analysis and questions, helping management on their way to better project margins. Your main stakeholders are project managers, leadership teams, and Valmet finance teams near and far. Monthly reporting routines will keep your feet on the ground, but the varying project challenges should have you reaching for the sky.
Your key responsibilities will include, for example
Business partnering and support for management teams. Responsible for globally monitoring and controlling the financial aspects of the project portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
Drive financial improvements and risk mitigation to achieve project financial goals in relation to profitability and cash flow. Ensures compliance to accounting rules and other principles of project financials.
Supporting and challenging project managers in the project financials, budget and estimate, project establishment and recognitions plan, and other financial aspects of the project.
Ensure accuracy of project financials with insightful analysis and collaborative engagement with project managers and management teams. Supports in project related issues e.g. currencies, taxational issues, forecasting etc.
Preparing monthly reporting including project reporting, P&L reporting and presentations to management.
Developing our tools and ways of working including documentation processes.

Expectations
Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or other relevant field with sound understanding of project financials.
3-5 years prior experience in finance or similar role supporting global business with strong analytical skills.
Great MS Office skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of ERP systems are required, and previous experience from ERPs/LN, HFM, and data warehouses will be advantageous.
Strong influencing skills, business acumen, and demonstrated ability to achieve results in a global organization.
Self-motivated and ability to work well either independently or as part of the management team on varying activities.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal in Swedish and English, as well as ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

You have a positive, can-do attitude with a development mindset to drive progress. You are a true people person who enjoys teamwork and networking, and even thrives on occasional resistance. At month-end, you become a focused, detail-oriented number cruncher who can work independently. Om tjänsten
Till vår nya svarv söker vi nu en svarvoperatörer. Maskinen är en fyraxlig X.Y.Z.C. Gurutzpe, utrustad med drivenheter med roterande verktyg och vinkelhyvud. Programmeringstöd med hjälp av EdgeCam och styrsystem Siemens 840D SL.
Som maskinoperatör kommer du att ingå i ett skiftlag om ungefär två till tre personer. Du kommer att hantera stora och komplexa arbetsstycken med höga toleranskrav som ska disponeras, mätas in, bearbetas och kontrollmätas.
Samarbete, kommunikation och förståelse för material och produkternas ?öde är viktiga parametrar i rollen som maskinoperatör. Du blir en del av ett team som har nära samarbete med övriga avdelningar i verkstaden samt produktionsteknik och även underhållsavdelningen. Tjänsten innebär ett stort eget ansvar för arbetet och att samtliga arbetsmoment utförs på ett noggrant och korrekt sätt.
Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer vara att:
Rigga och disponera arbetsmån på detaljer i maskinen.
Bearbeta detaljer enligt ritning.
Utföra mätningar av detaljer för att säkerställa att rätt kvalitet erhålls.
Upprätta mätprotokoll.
Utföra enklare operatörsunderhåll.

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har:
Teknikutbildning riktad mot skärande bearbetning eller motsvarande utbildning.
Ritningsläsning.
Utbildning i CNC-teknik (Siemens 840D SL) eller liknande.
Erfarenhet av svarvning.
Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.
Körkort B.

Det är meriterande om du även har:
Erfarenhet av CAD CAM.
Erfarenhet av svarvning av tunga detaljer.
Arbetat med CNC, gärna svarvning, i minst 5 år
Hantering av mätverktyg.
Kunskaper i engelska.

You will take part both in the sales phase by finding cost-efficient and sustainable transport solutions and later in the project delivery phase by taking necessary actions to ensure optimal flow of goods.
Responsibilities


Support supply planning process with input on transportation costs, lead times, delivery terms and limitations to enable development of a total cost-efficient procurement plan.
Create a total cost-efficient shipping plan based on established procurement plan, according to guidelines provided by the logistics category management team.
Prepare shipping specifications, send out inquires, make bid evaluations, conduct supplier negotiations, select suppliers and formalize purchase contracts.
Manage invoices, letters of credit and present required documentation to relevant parties.
Prepare and coordinate shipping and customs documentation.

Requirements
To be successful in the position you need to be result-oriented and business-driven and have experience from complex logistics operations in a project driven environment. Furthermore, you must be service-minded and have a structured way of working, very good planning skills and the ability to manage changes throughout the execution of projects. The role also requires:
Previous experience from working with international logistics.
Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English) to help in interactions internally and with customers, suppliers, customs organizations, banks and insurance agencies.
A relevant education, preferably a logistics or commercial university degree, or similar competence acquired during your career.
Good negotiation skills.

Vi söker dig som
Är högskole- eller civilingenjör med minst 4-10 års arbetslivserfarenhet av maskinkonstruktion, eller kunskaper som kan bedömas som likvärdiga.
Erfarenhet av projektledning inom tekniska projekt och leverans av maskinutrustning.
Har mycket goda kunskaper inom konstruktion, ritningsframställande, normer och standarder samt i arbetsverktyg som SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PDM, Comos och MS Office-program. Kunskap inom tryckkärl är meriterande.
Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska, ytterligare språk är ett plus. Du kommer att behöva kommunicera med kunder, kollegor och myndigheter där dina språkkunskaper är avgörande för en effektiv och korrekt kommunikation.
Ser självständigt till att ditt arbete går framåt, är initiativtagande i ditt tillvägagångssätt samt är en strukturerad problemlösare som arbetar metodiskt och delar med dig av kunskaper och erfarenheter.

A Service Manager at Valmet leads a team of professionals who work with products that have the reputation of being the market leader, and having the most advanced product portfolio for pulp and paper automation.
