Do you want to work with electrical design throughout the entire lifecycle of complex industrial machines, from concept and detailed engineering to commissioning at customer sites?

A Valmet Performance Center (VPC) is a remote service hub where process and data experts provide on?demand support, advanced monitoring, and data?driven analysis to help customers optimize their production performance. As a VPC Agreement Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and executing our digitally driven service agreements. Main Responsibilities
Build strong, long?term customer relationships and represent the VPC portfolio in customer interactions.
Manage and grow VPC service agreements, ensuring delivery of scope, KPIs, and customer value.
Act as the main contact for customers, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Coordinate digital services such as remote monitoring, expert support, and performance optimization.
Turn process data into clear, actionable insights to improve customer performance.
Deliver regular performance reviews and propose improvements.
Support sales teams in finding opportunities to upgrade or expand agreements.
Contribute to developing new digital service concepts and offerings.

Qualifications
BSc or MSc in a relevant field (papermaking, process engineering, automation, data science, or similar).
Several years of experience in the tissue/paper industry, process optimization, service delivery, or data?driven digital services.
Strong customer?facing experience with proven skills in communication, presentation, and relationship management.
Solid project?management capabilities and the ability to coordinate multi?stakeholder activities.
Analytical and problem?solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
Experience with remote support models, digital tools, or Industrial Internet solutions is an advantage.
Fluency in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus.

Kvalifikationer

Erfarenhet av projektledning inom tekniska projekt och leverans av maskinutrustning .
Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska, ytterligare språk är ett plus.

Som Product Sales Manager, Tissue Machine Service ansvarar du för serviceförsäljning till Valmets tissuekunder världen över. Arbetet omfattar bland annat samarbete med produktägare och teknologi för att följa utvecklingen inom området. RnD är också en del av tjänsten.
I rollen ingår framtagande av teknisk lösning, kostnadsunderlag/kalkyl, teknisk specifikation, offert, koordinering av resurser och att även i viss mån projektleda sålda uppdrag. Vår grupp består av fem säljare som har ett nära samarbete såväl inom gruppen som med övriga delar av organisationen.

Kvalifikationer
För att vara lyckas i den här rollen har du en teknisk högskoleutbildning, gärna som civilingenjör, eller motsvarande utbildning och erfarenhet. Du har några års relevant erfarenhet med fördel från papper- eller processindustrin.

Your responsibilities
Perform, among other things, condition tests, analyses, optimizations, service, and rebuilds on paper machines.
Supervise personnel with a focus on safety and quality.
Provide technical support to our salespeople and project managers.

Who is the candidate we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a background as a mechanic who doesn’t hesitate to do hands-on work, has good communication skills and feels confident to take lead in projects.
You need to have experience and a genuine interest in technology, as well as a strong desire to develop. Since service work is carried out at our customers’ paper mills all over the world, but mostly in Scandinavia, travel is a natural part of the role. Previous experience in the paper industry is an advantage.
Requirements:
Mechanic experience and/or machine services experience.
Good speaking and writing skills in both English and Swedish.
Being able to write clear and coherent reports.
Ability to use different computer programs without difficulty
Category B driving license.
Willingness and availability to travel.
Available to work from the office in Karlstad when not traveling.

License for; overhead cranes, forklift, working on heights, confined spaces.
Experience working in the paper industry.
SSG certificates for site safety.

We are looking for a Project Planner, PMO in our Pulp, Energy and Circularity Business Line.
Work is done at our office in Karlstad.
As Project Planner, PMO you support the project teams in managing the schedule and progress of the projects. You will master our planning tools, and train and support other users to get the most out of our tools and process. You will also be our Risk and Opportunity expert on projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors and many other stakeholders to give and get information.
Your tasks include:
Creating the baseline schedule and resource plan, manpower histograms and progress S-curves.
Analyzing the Schedule Critical path and Delays on a continuous basis.
Monitoring the status and detecting possible delays.
Preparing and updating progress forecasts.
Developing and implementing the organization´s risk and opportunity practices as a part of the capital and sales projects.
Supporting projects to manage risks by facilitating risk reviews and cost uncertainty analysis.
Supporting the Project Manager in budget maintenance and cost reporting.
Supporting the project manager with claim and change management.
With time and experience you will also gain insight to be able to propose corrective actions and find solutions to further develop the planning and R&O processes. You can also give your expertise on improving our tools and way of working.

Expectations
The role can be slightly modified based on your experience and we welcome applications from both experienced expertise and newcomers. However, a Master's or Bachelor's degree in technology is preferred.
Experience in project planning and scheduling and/or working experience of risk management processes, EPC-projects, or pulp industry, are considered an advantage.
You have good IT skills (especially Excel), and knowledge of scheduling tools such as Safran or Primavera is highly appreciated.
Fluent English and Swedish skills are needed, both written and spoken, fluent Danish skills are beneficial.
This position includes some travelling.

Expectations
Relevant educational background such as Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Your key responsibilities will include, for example

Drive financial improvements and risk mitigation to achieve project financial goals in relation to profitability and cash flow. Ensures compliance to accounting rules and other principles of project financials.
Supporting and challenging project managers in the project financials, budget and estimate, project establishment and recognitions plan, and other financial aspects of the project.
Ensure accuracy of project financials with insightful analysis and collaborative engagement with project managers and management teams. Supports in project related issues e.g. currencies, taxational issues, forecasting etc.

Expectations
Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or other relevant field with sound understanding of project financials.
3-5 years prior experience in finance or similar role supporting global business with strong analytical skills.
Great MS Office skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of ERP systems are required, and previous experience from ERPs/LN, HFM, and data warehouses will be advantageous.
Strong influencing skills, business acumen, and demonstrated ability to achieve results in a global organization.
Self-motivated and ability to work well either independently or as part of the management team on varying activities.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal in Swedish and English, as well as ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Requirements

Arbetsuppgifter
Du kommer till exempel att:
Ingå som Lead i projekt for Machines där vi arbetar mot både ombyggnadsprojekt och kundprojekt.
Ta fram tillverkningsunderlag utifrån designspecifikationer.

Vi söker dig som
Är högskole- eller civilingenjör med minst 4-10 års arbetslivserfarenhet av maskinkonstruktion, eller kunskaper som kan bedömas som likvärdiga.
Erfarenhet av projektledning inom tekniska projekt och leverans av maskinutrustning.
Har mycket goda kunskaper inom konstruktion, ritningsframställande, normer och standarder samt i arbetsverktyg som SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PDM, Comos och MS Office-program. Kunskap inom tryckkärl är meriterande.
Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska, ytterligare språk är ett plus. Du kommer att behöva kommunicera med kunder, kollegor och myndigheter där dina språkkunskaper är avgörande för en effektiv och korrekt kommunikation.
Ser självständigt till att ditt arbete går framåt, är initiativtagande i ditt tillvägagångssätt samt är en strukturerad problemlösare som arbetar metodiskt och delar med dig av kunskaper och erfarenheter.

Till vår serviceverkstad i Karlstad söker vi nu en Svetsare med huvudfokus på arbete med både service och nytillverkning av produkter för massatillverkning till Valmets anläggning på Lamberget.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha god erfarenhet av att svetsa med rörtråd, pinne i rostfria och duplexa material i 1,5 mm till 60 mm tjocklek. Det förekommer även mekaniserad svetsning med hjälp av tex, lägesställare då huvuddelen av svetsning är påläggssvetsning av olika produkter. Krav för tjänsten är god erfarenhet av ritningsläsning då vi även utför viss nytillverkning efter ritning. Arbetsstycken flyttas med hjälp av travers och truck.
Arbetet i Fiber Service Verkstad bedrivs i väl anpassade lokaler med modern teknik och duktiga kollegor. Inom avdelningens verksamhet finns även tvättning, blästring, demontering/montering, svetsning och bearbetning.


Vi söker dig som har:
Teknikutbildning/verkstadsutbildning riktad mot svetsning eller motsvarande utbildning eller erfarenheter
Grundläggande kunskaper i ritningsläsning
Upprätta/fylla i mätprotokoll eller annan kvalitetsdokumentation
Utföra enklare felsökning och enklare operatörsunderhåll på svetsutrustning
Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift
Körkort B

We now have the opportunity for you to be a service engineer for consistency measurements in the Scandinavian team.
A service engineer at Valmet works with products that has the reputation of being the market leader, and having the most advanced product portfolio for pulp and paper automation.
Valmet analyzers and measurements for pulp and paper are often online measurements of fiber and furnish properties while some analyzers are used in the mill laboratory. In this job you are one of our customers’ important contacts, and you will handle service cases from the very beginning until the case is closed with a satisfied customer. During all phases of the case you are supported by technical experts in the local team as well as the product group in Kajaani, Finland.
We are looking for a communicative person willing to cooperate within the Scandinavian team and focus on our consistency measurements. In this job you are also taking care of a small workshop for maintenance of consistency measurements.
Position
Service Engineer, analyzers and measurements
Customer satisfaction and relations
Organize, execute, and report your own service visits
Start-up and calibrate new devices
Maintenance and repairs in the workshop or on-site
Remote support from the office
Collaborative work with sales in Scandinavia and the Product Line in Kajaani, Finland
The position is based in Karlstad, Sweden

Qualifications
Relevant engineering degree
Experience from consistency measurement is an advantage
Part of the career in Pulp & Paper industry (process skills)
Self-starter, open for collaboration with colleagues and customers
Ability to act and make decisions
Organized, with an ability to prioritize whilst multi-tasking
Fluent in English and Swedish
Driving license class B and willingness to travel within Scandinavia
